When you’re younger, getting a tan seems like a no-brainer:
Cue the passage of time…
With sun-spots galore, thickened skin, wrinkles, and worrisome brown-spots, the majority of past sun-worshippers regret the time they spent in the sun and wish they could undo the unnecessary damage they did to their skin.
Fortunately, today’s technology does allow for some past sun mistakes to be erased. Our fair-skinned patient shown here did practice safe-sun, and yet over the years the damage accumulated anyway. After just one photorejuvenation treatment, her skin went from average, to looking like air-brushed perfection.
(And trust you me — after going through these treatments people become obsessive about sunscreen application and sun safety, because they want to keep their results that badly.)
