This money will be applied to any treatment / service moving forward. In order to secure the appointment new patients are required to guarantee appointments with a debit or credit card. (Less than 48-hours cancellation notice or a skipped appointment will result in a penalty charge as described below. Your card is only charged for cancellations or no-shows without 48-hour notice.) For existing patients that would like “consultations” for treatments / services they have not received before — there will be a $35.00 “follow-up” fee. Late Arrivals Because we schedule appointments back-to-back with little or no time in between, we ask our patients to be on time for their appointments. However, we understand that sometimes due to traffic or weather, etc., this is not always possible. If you anticipate being more than 15-minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule for another day. If we are forced to reschedule for another day, we reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations or No-Shows If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow at least 48-hours notice so we are given a fair amount of opportunity to refill that spot. we may offer your appointment time to other patients. A credit card is required to hold your appointment, any appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48-hours notice will forfeit any deposit made, and be subject to pay for the entirety of their missed, scheduled service.  If you have a package or a prepaid treatment that you miss, a treatment will be docked from your package.  If you have a history of repeated missed appointments, we will require at least a half-deposit (and potentially a full-deposit) at the time of scheduling your appointment. If you miss this appointment, or cancel with less than 48 business hours, you will forfeit your deposit. Please note that if the credit card on file cannot be charged, you will be required to pay the past due service fee in full prior to scheduling your next appointment.  Day of Appointment Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full-service. Please arrive 10-minutes early for your first appointment. Referral Benefits We deeply value our devoted clientele. If you came to us via a referral, please make sure to indicate that persons name on your new-client form so that we may thank them appropriately. Length of Treatments Please note that all times quoted for treatments and services are approximate. Pricing Dependent on countless factors, About Face Skin Care reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments and/or products without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. Product Orders For your convenience, all skin care products are available for purchase over the phone to be shipped to you directly. Unless otherwise noted, patient is responsible for shipping fees. Method of Payment We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, business / personal checks and cash. If interested in convenient monthly payment plans, please feel free to inquire about Cherry. Some HSA/ flex-saving plans be used at About Face Skin Care too. (We’ll be happy to check for you.) Age Requirement Children under the age of 18 may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian before receiving services. Gift Certificates / Gift Cards An About Face Skin Care Gift Card makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday or celebration. Gift Cards can be used for any service or product offered at About Face Skin Care, but they are not refundable, and non-transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
