Naomi Fenlin, LE, CME
Owner + Treatment Provider
First and foremost, Naomi Fenlin is a mom. After watching one of her daughters suffer year after year with terrible cystic Acne, Fenlin desperately wanted to find a solution to clear her daughter’s skin. No product worked, no prescription did what was intended, and in the end Naomi’s daughter was left frustrated, depressed, and still acne-ridden. Never a quitter, Naomi entered the world of aesthetics in an effort to learn how to fix the root of her daughter’s skin problem. After years of experimentation and study, Fenlin developed her own Acne protocol and has since established a unique method of using lasers to erase all signs of current and past acne.
The original founder of Cosmopolitan Skin Care, Naomi Fenlin, Laser Technician and Certified Medical Esthetician, began Philadelphia-based About Face Skin Care in 2011 in order to create a skin care business specifically honed to satisfy the skin care needs and wants of her patients. Naomi brings decades of health care experience to her work. Having completed her undergraduate education at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, Naomi went on to graduate school at the Rhode Island School of Design, and Widener Law School. Her vast and varied educational and professional experiences are evident in all aspects of her Aesthetic Practice.
In the field of skincare Naomi Fenlin has established herself as an expert in a variety of areas. As the first owner of the Solta “Isolaz” Acne Laser sold in the country, Fenlin has performed thousands of Isolaz acne treatments, and is a regular speaker for Isolaz at National Medical Spa conferences. Naomi Fenlin is also an instructor for Thermage laser skin tightening and Fraxel skin-resurfacing treatments, demonstrating and teaching doctors, nurses, aestheticians and other healthcare professionals across the country how to best perform this wonderful skin tightening and body contouring procedure.
As founder of an elite National group of skincare providers whose mission it is to establish and maintain the highest Medical Aesthetic performance standards, she is in continuous communication with many of the most recognized and respected Medical Aesthetic skincare practitioners in the Country. Naomi Fenlin’s expertise is often sought on a variety of skin care treatments by providers from States across the Country.
With outstanding patient results as her focus, Fenlin’s never-ending mission is to provide Philadelphia with the highest quality of professional skin care possible.
And her daughter? If you saw her, you’d be hard-pressed to believe she wasn’t born with the perfect, porcelain, blemish-free skin she now has.

Also an experienced laser technician, Sarah is adept at Fraxel, Isolaz, IPLs, BBLs, laser hair removal, and Thermage treatments.
Before she began her career in aesthetics, Sarah received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003. She was the recipient of the James M. Sarah is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best, and is always eager to advance her considerable knowledge base in order to provide increasingly beautiful results for her patients.

Kellie Gater, RN, BSN
Laser and Injectable Nurse
Combining thoughtful, experienced care and a very discerning eye, your beauty needs are in excellent hands with Kellie Gater.
A recent transplant to Philadelphia, Kellie previously worked with some of the most prominent plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills, CA. While there, Kellie was an adept student in the art of injecting and laser treatments, and she quickly picked up the necessary skills to become an injectable trainer.
Teaching other doctors and medical providers, on top of treating her patient base, allowed Kellie to delve deeper into the world of aesthetics. Needless to say, Kellie has extensive knowledge and experience with Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Dysport, Restylane, Radiesse (and lasers! She is one smart, talented cookie!) and she loves to offer guidance for how to best take care of your skin for the future.
Her specialty is creating flattering, natural-looking results (that is what she was known for in LA), and she thrives off the unique artistic opportunity that every unique patient (and face) presents.
Kellie graduated cum laude with her Bachelors of Science in nursing and moved to Philadelphia at the end of 2016 to pursue her Master’s of Nursing Degree as a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Pennsylvania.
With a long-history of hands-on medical experience (Kellie also spent time working in the ICU and operating rooms), she is extra-attentive to every minute detail of a patient’s care.
During her free time, Kellie is a huge lover of anything relating to health and fitness. She personally enjoys running and yoga, but she also is a volunteer in a program that helps others achieve their health-goals.
Kellie’s love of life, health, and happiness makes her a delightful person to be around, and her immense medical and aesthetic experience makes her a tremendously talented treatment-provider. She is a welcome addition to the About Face family, and we are so excited for Philadelphia to benefit from the treatment tips and tricks up her sleeve. (For example, did you know Botox can be injected in a way to improve the appearance of your skin, or what smoking cigarettes can mean for your lip injections?)
Stay tuned for future Kellie-inspired blog posts, and look for her friendly face the next time you’re in our office.
Laura Buscher, PA-C
Treatment Provider + Injector
If “spirit animals” were to exist, Laura Buscher, PA-C would definitely be a puppy. With her endless energy, natural curiosity, and happy personality (if she had a tail, it would always be wagging) Laura’s warmth and intelligence immediately puts patients at ease with her.
Laura Buscher is a NCCPA Board-Certified Physician’s Assistant that graduated from Midwestern University with a Masters Degree in Medical Science. Although she has participated in all kinds of surgeries, and can give vaccinations with her eyes closed; Laura has decided to use her vast medical knowledge / skill for the good of enhancing people’s self-esteem. (And after having these past experiences, performing procedures like Botox injections are a walk in Rittenhouse Square!)
During the rotation portion of her medical education, Buscher found that she was the most excited on the days she was working in the offices of both a plastic surgeon and a dermatologist. Because of the detail-oriented nature of the cosmetic-medical world, coupled with the necessary artistic component and the chance to work closely with people in an effort to make them feel better about themselves, Laura felt that this was the perfect fit for her love of medicine, art, and people.
Ultimately, Laura is passionate about helping Philadelphians feel good about themselves, both on the inside and outside. Because a person’s skin is one of the first things noticed about them, sometimes a person needs to feel good about their “outside” before they can feel totally confident on the “inside”.
As Laura puts it, “skin is like an accessory — and like your most beloved accessory, it should be taken care of in the best way possible so that it can be fully enjoyed for as long as possible.”
With an innate desire to get the best results for each patient, Laura’s proverbial tail will not stop wagging until every patient under her care is happy.

Her gentle demeanor, discerning eye, and vast skincare knowledge allows her to customize a wide variety of treatments to allow each and every patient to feel relaxed and beautiful in her confident and competent hands.

Introducing facials and eyebrow-shaping to Philadelphia’s About Face treatment menu, in addition to her skin-perfecting skills with laser treatments, Raelle’s goal is to make wearing makeup something that is just for fun, and not a necessity. To that end, Raelle has undergone numerous advanced laser-training, and is proficient in Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Thermage, laser hair removal, and much more.
By drastically improving the skin of her patients, Raelle loves allowing people to feel confident enough to face the world, with just their face.

Arin Kahan, LE
For anyone who knows Arin Kahan, there is no doubt in their mind that she was always meant to be in the world of skincare.
Arin has always* had an intense fascination for everything skin-health related. Throughout her life, she has made it a priority to stay as knowledgeable and educated as possible on all of the latest and greatest skincare techniques, treatments and thoughts.
She entered the professional world of aesthetics on the marketing side, and has since successfully transitioned her past experiences and skills to perform all types of skincare treatments. Naturally thriving in a fast-paced environment, Arin loves the variety of people and unique treatment plans she gets to customize everyday at About Face. (No two faces are ever the same, and no two days are ever the same!)
Although she has always had a knack for extractions, Arin also specializes in Chemical Peels, Clear + Brilliant skin-resurfacing treatments, laser hair removal, skin tightening treatments, and skincare-regimen development.
Arin grew-up in the Philadelphia suburbs and now resides in Rittenhouse Square. In addition to skin-health, she is also interested in overall health — and is always game for new fitness classes, new (healthy) eating options, and running.
* Arin remains eternally grateful to her little brother, who kindly and patiently allowed Arin to perfect her extraction-techniques on him, starting a long time ago.
To wit; Becky loves her mom, and sunscreen.

- Because he is so tiny and lovable, Naomi is not above doing bag-checks to make sure that there are no attempted Sprout-kidnappings. (Joking, but not joking. The scene below is NOT an uncommon occurrence.)

Lauren Adamski Zallie, RN
Being a grown-up is HARD.
When the “what do you want to be when you grow up” decision was thrust upon her, Lauren had to decide between her two favorite areas: Merchandising (making retail spaces look as appealing as possible) versus Taking Care of People.
In the beginning, Lauren went the Merchandising route, and during this time she became acutely aware of customer service, team management, and how to make things look as attractive while remaining highly functional.
After a little while, the world of retail merchandising started to become less satisfying and Lauren decided to go back to school to obtain her Nursing degree. After this point, her altruistic needs were met (she got to take care of people all day, every day), but she felt a lack of creative stimulation.
What’s a girl to do?
In the funny way that Life has, Lauren eventually tripped across a field where she could have it all. The world of cosmetic injections and laser treatments provided everything she needed; now she could interact with, and help lots of people, while at the same time utilizing her keen eye for aesthetics.
Lauren’s varied experience has helped create the gentle, thoughtful and detail-obsessed treatment-provider she has blossomed into.
Outside of medicine, Lauren enjoys living a healthy and happy lifestyle with her husband, step-son, and morkie, Flynn.
