Because we schedule appointments back-to-back with little or no time in between, we ask our patients to be on time for their appointments. However, we understand that sometimes due to traffic or weather, etc., this is not always possible. If you anticipate being more than 15-minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule for another day. If we are forced to reschedule for another day, we reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee.
