Yes. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Because time is set aside exclusively for you, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments adjusted within 48 hours are subject to a 100% service fee.
This policy helps protect appointment availability and our cancellation policy.
Because we schedule appointments back-to-back with little or no time in between, we ask our patients to be on time for their appointments. However, we understand that sometimes due to traffic or weather, etc., this is not always possible. If you anticipate being more than 15-minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule for another day. If we are forced to reschedule for another day, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Cancellations made:
Less than 24-hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost
Less than 12-hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost
We do not accept cancellations by email.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation texts are sent prior to your visit.
(If you have a package or a prepaid treatment that you miss, that treatment will be docked from your package.)

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, business / personal checks and cash. If interested in convenient monthly payment plans, please feel free to inquire about Cherry. Some HSA/ flex-saving plans be used at About Face Skin Care too. (We’ll be happy to check for you.)
Yes, children under the age of 18 may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.
