Naomi Fenlin is first and foremost a mother — and 20-years ago, it was her daughter’s struggle with severe cystic acne that inspired Naomi to enter the world of medical aesthetics. Determined to find a solution where prescriptions and over-the-counter products had failed, she spent years studying and experimenting, ultimately developing her own acne protocols and advanced laser techniques that erase both current and past acne. Today, her daughter enjoys clear, radiant skin — a testament to Naomi’s expertise and perseverance.

Naomi has been practicing skincare since 2005 and founded About Face Skin Care in Philadelphia in 2011. Her extensive education — including undergraduate studies at the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, graduate work at the Rhode Island School of Design, and Widener Law School — combined with decades of healthcare experience, informs her meticulous, results-driven approach.

As a pioneer in the medical skincare industry, Naomi was the first owner of the Solta Isolaz Acne Laser in the U.S., performing thousands of acne treatments and speaking nationally at medical spa conferences. She has also been recognized as an instructor for Thermage® laser skin tightening and Fraxel® laser skin resurfacing, training doctors, nurses, and aestheticians across the country. Naomi was the first in Philadelphia to introduce treatments such as AviClear, Morpheus8, Clear and Brilliant laser skin resurfacing, BioRePeel, Perfect Derma Peel, and Deka CO2.

Naomi’s expertise spans a wide range of medical aesthetic treatments, including acne management, laser skin resurfacing, thermage radiofrequency-based skin tightening, and advanced facial rejuvenation, and she continually collaborates with top practitioners nationwide to maintain the highest performance standards in aesthetics.
